I was in secondary school when Lord of the Rings came out. I was doing my GCSE's at the time, one of which was Art. For one of our projects we had to do a couple of portraits of someone who inspired us, and being the massive fan girl that I was (and still am!), I ended up doing about 40+ portraits of various LOTR characters.

So there was no way that I could resist doing some Hobbit fan art. It's been a long time coming, but my god was the film worth the wait. It took me back to younger years, and I dare say has brought the fan girl out in me again!
